OUT OF BOUNDS. If you’re in Dubuque and want Chinese- Yen Chings is the ONLY place to get it from. Whether you want to dine in or deliver their food is top notch- without all the grease that most places are servin up. The owner takes care of the deliveries from taking the orders to bringing it to your house- so you know it’s going to be done right. I highly advise to only go here for Chinese, any other places I’ve been for Chinese Ive spent the rest of the night on the toilet.

This place was awful. Prices are high, flavors are not good, and I suspect they are big MSG users. I had cihicken and snow peas, and it was flavorless. Another person with us had Hunan chicken, which he said had very heavy gravy and gave him a salt hangover. Everything was especially salty. Panda is much better than this!
