This place has nice light meals for a very low price. The chili is AMAZING. I had a chili dog with some potato chips and a root beer for a little over $6.00. The decore is cool. The staff was amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.
Good sandwiches, excellent (and HUGE) malts. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the classic jukebox is fun. A great place to grab a bite to eat, do a bit of studying, or just relax.
Cool repurposed gas station. Neat atmosphere with friendly staff and good food. Menu has peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chicken, tuna, egg and ham salads, fountain drinks and floats, ice cream, pies, brownies and cookies. Great option for food and nostalgia in Grinnell.
Fun quaint atmosphere. Cheapest lunch in town. Recommend their chili or chicken salad sandwich. It’s a step back in time that you’ll not regret.
Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Old-time diner style and the menu reflects that (options include mostly sandwiches, soup, and ice cream concoctions). Not a huge amount of seating available inside and cash only. Definitely worth the visit!
