Nice quiet neighborhood cafe for lunch or tapas and glass of wine. Soup and sandwich menu top notch. Wonderful cheese and charcuterie platters. Modest but good wine list.
Friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff. A good list of wines by the glass including some unusual selections. The quince and onion jam is good and the dessert truffles are tasty.
In comparison to all of the wine bars I have visited in CA, AZ, WA, DC, VA, etc, this is not a wine bar. No even close. It’s a sandwich shop with a license to sell alcohol.
