  Quick service with great customer service!. My boyfriend and I have dined at PepperJax twice. We ordered the steak philly both times with fries. They offer the best steak philly that I’ve tried! The bun is lightly toasted, yet still soft. The cheese is melted enough. The fries are seasoned and tasty. The first time we ate here, the manager and one of the employees asked if we enjoyed our experience and seemed to genuinely care if we did. The second time we ate here, our fries were ready a couple of minutes after our philly. The employee delivered our fries to our table and apologized for the delay. As a bonus we were given a small Dole mandarin oranges cup and shredded Colby Jack cheese for our philly. We didn’t feel the wait for our fries was long, but we greatly appreciated their effort for quality customer service. A major downside after eating at PepperJax is that you and your clothes will smell like their grill. The smell lingers throughout the establishment and on you afterwards. I would suggest they install some ventilation fans above the grill and/or throughout the restaurant. Otherwise, if you are looking for a quick, delicious philly, I recommend you try PepperJax!

  Fantastic Food! But no free water!. The line moves fast and the employees are incredibly friendly! They encourage you to leave your food after eating, which is amazing! Food is beyond excellent.The only down side was after asking for water, I was told they don’t give water cups but bottled water can be purchased.
