Seriously, the food is so good. Honestly, it’s the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, and I’m from the South. I’ve been three or four times and it has been excellent every single time.Go.Treat yourself.Enjoy it.
Great food and service in casual venue. I’ve attended lunch and dinner service and impressed with menus. Highly recommend the tuna salad open face sandwich. Looking forward to brunch menu.
Went in a Friday night, rather crowded, and waited about 20 minutes for a table for two. They will text you if you want to stroll downtown or drop by the Deadwood while you wait. Interesting decor, a bit loud for conversation but we were right under a speaker. Good craft beer selection. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Started with house fries. They were excellent, as was the mornay sauce. I had a Frisco sandwich, my wife had the black bean bartollo. My sandwich was delicious but a bit much for me – I’d probably ask I they could omit one if the patties if I ordered it again. The bean dish wasn’t as good, somewhat bland. We’ll likely go again but call ahead and ask for a table away from the sound system.
