Sports column or spoco as most college kids call it, is a good bar. Don’t eat there. Went there to eat with friends their pizza is gross and bland, you’d be better off with a frozen pizza. And my friend ordered a burger, thank goodness she cut it in half before she ate it; completely raw in the middle.
Typical Sports Bar. Your typical sports bar. Great place to come and watch a game or fight. Food is okay, like any typical bar food, salads are pretty decent though.
Hawkeye Spirit. Whenever I come visit my son for a Hawkeye game, we always come to the Sports Column. The food is good, the staff is friendly and it is a great way to experience the crazy Hawkeye spirit.
