I work in the mall where this is located and eat here at least 1-2 times a week. I always get the salmon avocado roll, usually with one of the meal deals that include 6-9 pcs. of nigiri style sushi of tuna, salmon and red snapper. The owners are the most wonderful couple, always a great value and they take great pride in the presentation of every meal.
The BEST in Sioux City!. I’ve tried it all! Their salads are amazing, the Bubble Tea is simply delicious, and all the rest of their food is simply magnificent! The servers and chef are experienced, friendly and extremely competent. The chef is fun to watch, and he’s been trained in New York!

Had my doubts about sushi from a small midwestern mall… Absolutely amazing. Did a great job on both the basic crunchy tuna roll and the more complex lovers roll.
Say what you will about buying sushi at the local mall, but the staff at Fuji Sushi did an amazing job with my lunch special!!! The White Tuna Roll was especially amazing!!!
