Soooooo Good!. My husband and I ate at the Golden Bowl Chinese Restaurant for the first time last night. I just gotta say – – – EXCELLENT food!! FANTASTIC service!! We WILL go back again and probably in the very near future! 🙂 Not every place serves my favorite dish – beef egg fu yong. But Golden Bowl does and they made it fresh for me! It was DELICIOUS and a very fair prices. My husband loved his sweet n sour chicken. To our surprise, both dishes each came with crab rangoon. They were the best rangoon I’ve ever eaten – seriously! 🙂 I highly recommend this place!! It may not be fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable, but most important, the price was very fair for a really delicious meal!
I ate here for lunch. There weren’t a ton of vegetarian options, but I got the Kung pao tofu and it was amazing. The waitress was from Taiwan, and she spoke Chinese as well as very good English. The egg rolls did have pork in them, so they gave me extra rice to compensate. The family size dish is very big, especially considering it’s only a couple dollars more. Overall it was a good experience.
In town for business and and only had about 45 min. to grab lunch in an unfamiliar area. Good food and service. Clean restaurant and plenty of parking. Lunch was quick and delicious.
Spicy peanut butter chicken is a must try.
Very good food. We asks for a dish that wasn’t on the menu (ma po tofu) and they made apretty darn good version. Jalapeno chicken had good spice and flavor.
We love Golden Bowl! The food is always fresh and delicious. Some of our favorites are Firecracker Chicken, Tso’s Chicken, Yum Yum Chicken , and Honey Walnut Chicken.
We’ve tried several of the dishes on their menu, but always end up going back to the Firecracker Chicken. Sweet, slightly hot, and tangy. Wouldn’t recommend any of their Szechwan dishes–not really that spicy and have a funky smoky flavor.Their dining room is always a little cold in the winter, which chills your food a little too fast, but the lady (owner?) who waits on you and takes your order is nice and friendly.
