It is what it is. For over a year, I have had two coupons for free dinners in my billfold sent to me by a KFC manager specifically sent to the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area to fix their local store’s problems. I refuse to use them because I much prefer Popeye’s chicken. It’s fresher, it’s juicier and the pieces are larger. The mashed potatoes and biscuits are much better and the help is cheerful. Cedar Falls could use a store.
