We order from this place frequently. It’s alright…usually. Today: No rice, one of the soup containers had a melted lid?, the box of egg fo yung was broken and had spilled over EVERYTHING, one soup was missing, half-full box of fried rice, and cold upon arrival. When you’re not all that great to begin with, you really can’t afford this kind of slip in service. Think we’ll look for a new place to order from. Food tasted okay, though, and no one got sick.
They save your credit card information without permission. Order’s are wrong every time and the owner’s son @phoeniixhwang is very disrespectful! We ordered a delivery order and said that we’d pay cash. When delivered they charged my card which I did not give them any information on. They had saved it in their system without my permission! Not only that but they go by the address not the name of the customer so if we had moved and the new resident ordered they would have charged me for their food.
