Bad Customer Service. I stopped in at Auntie Anne’s Jordan Creek today to get pretzels and received horrible customer service. When I walked up to the counter the employee at the register was on his cellphone and didn’t even notice I was there. I was waiting for him to help me, but instead ended up speaking up myself. He gave me a rude look and mumbled something under his breath. I proceeded to order my pretzel and left without saying anything to him because I felt really disrespected. I was able to spot his name, Rabi, on his name tag. The pretzel was delicious, but the poor service left a bad taste in my mouth.. I’m not sure if I will be willing to visit this location again if this is the type of customer service this company provides.
