Ok food, TERRIBLE service!. Went here on a saturday night during a basketball game in a group of 4 people.It is inside a bar. It took ~30 minutes to get any drinks (even water), at which time we ordered an appetizer. We ordered the barrel of fries (supposed to be 5 kinds). That took another 30 minutes to arrive in which we had no plates, napkins or anything else you would expect with food. We were also missing one of the types of fries (definitely no curly fries there!). Fries were the best (and really only good thing) of the night. Very tasty and fresh. After ordering our meals, 2 of the 4 meals arrived in reasonable time. They went ahead and started eating and finished their meals while we were still waiting for ours. After getting up to talk to the server and waiting another ~30 minutes after our dinner companions had finished eating, we finally received our food. Sandwiches were ok but nothing special. As we were finishing, the chef came to our table. Usually this is a good thing in that they are going to apologize and make you feel better about the poor service. Instead he proceeded to inform us that it wasn’t his fault and that they were busy, and that our ticket for some reason was 8 spots behind the other couple at our table. He also proceeded to tell us that we shouldn’t be upset because we used a coupon and weren’t paying much for the meal anyways. Needless to say, we won’t be back and would not recommend this to anyone. Some of the worst service I have had in a long time and food did not make up for that.
