This is one of those places you need to try before you move out of town. If you don’t like fried chicken or want to choose your meal then don’t come. Their chicken is outstanding and the sides are a nice compliment. The waitress was very nice and all of the food came out quickly. We always recommend this place to people new in town.
Staff. We drove to Abilene on 1/09/15 just to eat at The Brookville Hotel. While we were waiting, three female staff members were talking about thier boss. One of these girls was the manager for the night. One of them called her boss a dick and they were using other foul language. We left and called back to tell them why. The person we talked to was the night manager. She acted like there wasn’t anything wrong and said she hadn’t heard it. She was the one doing most of the talking.
