We are a family owned business that started in 2006. I got started building my first smoker with my dad in 1989. He helped fuel my love of the old traditional style of BBQ. The only true way to smoke meat is by using 100% natural wood logs, no pellets, no charcoal, no gas & especially no electricity. By using 100% natural wood, we produce a very unique product that is superior to the competition. Along with our superior meat, all of our dishes are made from scratch with secret family recipes...Including our signature BBQ sauce!
