It was awful. I really dislike saying mean things about anyone or anything. I’m from Houston, and I knew not to expect what we get down south, but really?? The salsa was straight up pace picante sauce. I ordered quesadillas, they used cheddar cheese. I asked for sour cream and they didn’t carry it. I haven’t had a chance to try out any other places in town, so excuse me if I sound rude.

Outstanding food and exceptional service. We just had the best Mexican dinner at the Anchor Inn tonight. The food must be 100 per cent home made, right down to the complimentary chips. The waitresses were as nice and attentive as any staff that I have ever met. If I were going to have only one dining experience in Hutchinson, I would have to choose the Anchor Inn.
Satisfying. You can’t go wrong with the Anchor Inns buffet. Great tasting mexican favorites and ice cold beer and margaritas….if you leave hungry it’s your own fault
