1st bad experience. Monday November 24th was our 3rd time we’ve come in for food this month. I love the fried green beans lol. The service is usually good and the food is good. Tonight was a little different, we ordered fried green beans two drinks as soon as we sat down. Our drinks came out first. Shortly after the table next to us ordered nachos and another app. The waiter finally came and got our main order . 10 min later I got my salad but no sign of our fried green beans. I waited a while to eat the salad cause my wife was still waiting on our apps. Shortly after our neighbor table got there app and we still haven’t gotten ours so I asked the waiter how they were coming and he said they should be out shortly. A total of 30 plus min later and our app just came out and by that time we were upset that it took that long for a 5 min fried food. We asked to see the manager and when she came out she admitted for our waiter he forgot to put our order in. I just declined the food all together and I’m not sure we will be back. Suggestion, if you can’t remember two drink orders and an app order you should write it down. Plus it wasn’t even that busy 815 on a Monday night. Thanks for listening from a concerned customer.
Tyler rocks!. We stopped there on our trip back from Colorado Springs. The place was busy, but our food arrived in a reasonable time, it was vey tasty…..we had a burger and a patty melt……….the temperature was right, Tyler brought a special dipping sauce for my husband’s sweet potato fries. Tyler, our waiter, was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us verbal/written info. All in all I don’t understand the bad reviews and am glad we did not read them before eating there. I must say that there were 2 or 3 more wait staff apparently in training.
BAD SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD. Went to Ike’s last night, this was by far the worst service I have received there. There were three people in our group placed order around 7:20 all orders came with salad, didn’t salad until 7:40 waited another 20-30- minutes for main dish, and that was only after I asked about our orders. The salad was not fresh the main course was not very pleaseing. Will be a long time befroe I go back if I ever do.
Terrible. Don’t even know where to begin. Waited 20 minutes for a house salad. The salad tasted unwashed. Waited another 30 minutes for the main course. Salmon was a frozen piece of junk. It was a poor excuse for a piece of salmon. The rice was coated in oil? butter? just gross. The mixed vegetables tasted like someone dumped all the salt in the building onto them and they dumped a gallon of oil onto them. The waitress was overwhelmed and didn’t seem to get any help. The music and air conditioning needed to be turned down. The room temperature is not for THE STAFF to feel comfortable, but for the paying customer who is now literally freezing their ass off! All though it looks nice doesn’t make this place worthy of my visit again. Disgusted and disappointed.
Very bad service!. Went last night while we did get fast and got some thing to drink quickly that’s where it STOP! No waiter came back to the table for 25 minutes ! We already decided what we were going to order but the three to four waitteress and waiter could not decide who was going to take the order! They looked right at us! The menu’ s were on the table ,good indicator we are ready! No one call to the table till my wife said something ! We charged 5.25 for two cokes, along wait for nothing. The manager was given my option of the quality of service. Please keep in mind she was one of thoses that just looked at us! There was no reason for this type service, it was about 5 pm. Only three table’s with us in the place! Don’t think we will back for some time to come!
