The food is goods and always fresh! Customer service depends on how busy they are, sometimes they are sweet and friendly, other times they rush you inorder to get to the next customer. Overall, I understand and I continue to order from them.
Ordered online, delivered reasonable time. Egg drop soup was awful, could you add a little more flavor to the water, please. The rest of the food ok. Delivery guy, tried to overcharge us, then asked for a tip! Wow! Visiting here from OKC, and was very disappointed!
Don’t know how the food is, but…. I spoke with quite possibly the rudest person on the phone when placing my order. If the food is any good I’ll definitely be using the online order form. Seriously, at any moment I expected the lady on the other end to fall into the ‘And Then?’ litany from dude wheres my car. She made no effort to hide her disdain as I placed my order, and sighed aloud as I asked for egg rolls, the kind of disgusted sigh an older sibling gives when asked to do a menial task for their younger kin. unless the food is phenomenal, I wont be ordering again.
This is our favorite Chinese food in JC but then again, that’s not really saying much. Their food is usually really good but occasionally it’s questionable. Not so bad that we won’t go back though. Their general tao’s chicken is the best around. Their food is always made fresh. We always do delivery though because the building itself is discusting. I always hope that their kitchen doesn’t look like the front.

Online ordering is always a plus!Opted for the Chicken Teriyaki and General Tso`s Chicken.Chicken Teriyaki was good, 6 pcs of real chicken (not pressed, processed, formed)General Tso`s Chicken was SPICY for a change, good flavor and not overly cooked. I opt’d for steamed rice, The rice was perfect! Would repeat!
Good service. I love their online ordering service. The only place that delivers rice noodles. Love it
