Hateful, to me & my Tastebuds!. I have eaten food delivered from here exactly 3 times. The first was delivered during a regular lunch hour. It was late but so tasty I couldn’t wait to get my mitts on some more of their General Tso’s chicken, eggrolls, and crab rangoon. My 2nd experience was also late, I had ordered around 3pm. It was dreadful. The chicken tasted like it had been out way too long, the appetizers were chewy & greasy. However, the first time was so good that I gave it one more try, again delivery in the afternoon. This was delivered almost an hour late, the driver then scolded me because he was late. He said my office was hard to find, yet they deliver there all of the time. He left me with cold food, after telling me he had gone back to get fresh since he was so late. The chicken was the conistancy of toothpicks, I really could have used it better as a toothpick than a meal. So this time I called. They woman on the phone was quick to let me know that I had been trouble enough, and she had no intentions of making things right, let alone hearing me out. She basically told me my only recourse was to do a chargeback on my debit card. Talk about a customer service gem, that one. Obviously, she was unaware that this is the infomation age and I do have other recourse. I can warn anyone on this site, or that I talk to not to order from here. They served me old food, that’s dangerous. I also have the option to take my money and my business elsewhere. I would urge you to do the same. I never went into the actual restaurant, but if I were to bet on it’d my guess is the food was likely from a buffet, and I got the late in the day leftovers. Not acceptable.

Warning!!!. I have only ever eaten their food three times, all delivery. The first time was around normal lunch time. It was phenomenal. The other two times, I had the food delivered in the afternoon, and what a vast difference that made. Every time I ordered General Tso’s chicken, eggrolls, and crab rangoon. The two afternoon orders were not edible. The chicken was hard as a rock, and had a toothpick-like consistancy both times. Which makes me think that they probally don’t bother to serve you a fresh meal everytime, they simply use what they had left over from lunch. There is no way the food they served me the last two times was fresh. My last time was by far the worst. They took over 20mins later to deliver than promised, then when the driver got there he was rude to me, in front of my co-workers. I suppose he wasn’t happy with the tiny tip I gave him, he leared at me. Then scolded me about how long the drive was for him because he was lost. Lost? This same driver delivers to our building frequently. I did call the restaurant, on the last bad experience (the first I wrote off as a fluke). The woman on the phone basically just told me to do a chargeback on my debit card because they had no intentions of making things right. Honestly, with all of the hostilty the showed me, I’d have been a bit frightened to get any more food from them. They made it clear, my patronage was in no way of value to them. So let me make it clear to anyone else. I hope that if you order from them that you like what you get, because they don’t care if you like it or not. Maybe those that dine-in have a better experience. Guess I’ll never know.

    D I S G U S T I N G. And I don’t hate much. Food very greasy. And I was unaware Sichuan sauce was made with a catsup base. Never again.

Sayonara Chopstix. I have been to this restaurant I shamefully admit, and it resembles nothing even remotely close to edible asian cuisine. It’s greasy and inconsistent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!
