What a nice spot to grab breakfast. I haven’t had lunch there yet but I’m sure it’s just as entertaining to my taste buds. It’s no wonder it was packed when I finally made it in. Large portions and prices you’d pay at other spots for less. Great smiling service from all. The cooks were great. Those gals were funny and nice on the eyes.

We are from out of town and wanted a good place to eat breakfast. So glad we came here! Food was delicious and made it to our table in about 5 minutes. Portions are huge. Love the classic diner feel.

Great Breakfast, great service. Nothing like a nice warm breakfast on a cold morning. The Biscuit and Gravy special is the best! Excellent service! The menu is simple Americana and a great atmosphere. My wife and I say two thumbs up!

Fantastic. The perfect family diner. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast and a fried pork tenderloin for lunch 🙂

This is the worst cafe in the City. The waitress acted totally upset that we had walked in. She insulted a girl that was in our party and told us she was out of stuff we later found out they had. The food was terrible; worst biscuits in the City. If I had a choice to starve to death or eat there I would gladly starve.

Lovin’ me a diner breakfast. Been wanting to try this place for years and glad I did. Breakfast was great and I’m now revved (that’s two v’s and not a w) up to try lunch-sittin’ here imagining a tenderloin right now! If you are looking for arugula don’t come here, but if you’d like a fine plate of eggs and B & G you’ll be leaving happy. Oh-and really good coffee, it surprised me. Probably for those of you who dine around town, I’d say the food here is comparable to Jerry’s Cafe or Woodswether-and a notch up from Cook Shack. Later…

Solid Breakfast Fare. Have read lots of positives about Dagwoods. First time visit. Very friendly staff. Simple menu, basic breakfast/greasy spoon staples. For the price, the portions are perfect…just a little too much on the plate. B&G special comes with 2 eggs, hash and bacon or sausage. The bacon was thick and delicious; asking for crispy bacon was not a problem. Dining room was about half full at 1030 on a sunday. 11-14-10
