Good breakfast spot. Biscuits and gravy and bacon are excellent. Other items are decent, but not spectacular, though service is good and food comes out fast. Have not tried lunch food yet, but would recommend for breakfast if you are a biscuits and gravy fan.
The food here is consistently good. I am not a fan of their coffee(I’m a coffee addict), nor am I necessarily a fan of the demographic that I’ve run into.This stuff is right by the freeway, and the trains go right by here, too. This is good, stick-to-your-ribs trucker stop food. It’s cheap, it’s good, it’s consistent…but two out of the three times I’ve been there, there have been some unsavory types that kept on staring at me to the point where it became distracting. Granted, I’ve only been there early in the morning for breakfast, and ever since those unsavory accounts, I’ve decided to do take-out….so maybe it’s just a coincidence?Anyway, get the biscuits and gravy! wannabgourmande.com
