Sunday NFL Games. I have to preface this comment to say that I have been going to Danny’s for 4 yrs to watch the NFL games. During that time, I have seen the service deteriate significantly. You would think that that after spending $50+ per Sunday that you would be a little special….not at all… just like the patron spending $3 for 1 draft. There used to be waitresses behind the bar that treat you a little special…..not any more. Orders screwed up, can’t get refills. the issues go on and on. Would I recommend this place…..ABSOLUTELY NOT. There are plenty of other sports bars that would appreciate my business and $
Don’t go there without cash. I have been going to dannys every Tuesday and Wednesday for 50 cent tacos. Whenever I go I have always been able to pay by card. This Tuesday, I went, I ordered and I ate. After this they asked do I have cash because they can’t take cards. I never carry cash. If I knew this before I ordered I would have went somewhere else. Instead I had to use their atm and pay a fee that was over half the amount of my bill. This is total bull and unprofessional. I will never go there again. I have a problem with this type of service. Good job dannys, you just lost a long term customer.
So so…. I took the kids last night because we checked into the hotel next door and needed to eat. I can’t say it was bad, but I can’t find a lot good to say about it either. The service was fairly quick, but could have been better (it wasn’t busy). I had the french dip sandwich, which was made with what I believe was the chopped steak they use for cheese-steaks (not very authentic). And the au jus tasted suspiciously like bullion in hot water. It tasted ok, but was disappointing overall. The kids had grilled cheese with tater tots (hard to mess that up) and mini cheese burgers with fries. They ate it, but weren’t thrilled either. On the positive side, the prices were reasonable and they had an ok beer selection with daily specials. However, overall this was not good enough to make me go back.
Horrible, the only reason to go is to watch a game that you won’t be able to see because of the overcrowding. The waitresses are extremely rude and feel like everyone is hitting on them lol in reality mostly all of them are 4th string hooters girls very unattractive I really don’t know who made there heads so big. Guys save the trouble and actually go to a bar with scene.

Way too crowded on the night of a big game :(. At what point does a manager need to take responsibility regarding the occupancy load and the comfort of customers already in the place, and turn excess people away? I know the almighty dollar rules, but when you sit at a table you expect to be able to see the TVs in a sports bar. You do not expect the place to be so packed that people are standing RIGHT next to your table, blocking the spaces between tables, and blocking your view. Manager and staff were totally spineless in asking people to clear the aisles so that seated customers could SEE. We won’t go back.
