The food and atmosphere have a lot in common. Imagine if no thought had gone into either for the past 40 years..The good news? It’s cheap in price. The bad news? It’s cheap in taste.
My daughter and her boyfriend ate here tonight and after talking it up so much, their food was terrible. Tiny fried chicken, cold mashed potatoes etc. they don’t go out very often and such disappointment. Very ticked off right now.23 May, 2014Frontier has always been one of our favorites, but after tonight, doubt if we will be back. The waitress spilled a whole glass of ice water on my husband. He was sitting with an ice cold crotch all evening. Then, right next to us was a table of 8 women celebrating a birthday who were very drunk and disorderly. Very loud and kept shaking a tambourine. Unpleasant evening to say the least. No part of our bill was comped, and I felt like it should’ve been to make up for the spilled water. My husband and I were having a date night and wanted it to be special. Tonight pretty much sucked. Who goes to frontier steak house to party anyway?03 Sep, 2011If you want a good, hearty meal that’s not for sissies this is your place. Step back in time as you enter the dining room. This place looks just like the kind of place our family used to go after church on Sunday. Takes me back to a familiar, comfortable time. I recommend the pork tenderloin or the chicken fried steak. These were not pre made. They were prepared after we ordered them. The cream gravy was just like we had on the farm growing up. Get the cobbler too, you won’t be sorry! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Boycott the chain restaurants of the Legends and give this place a try.

Breakfast on weekends. Steak n’ eggs and waffles were good, cinnamon rolls look good.also appreciate the owner’s hearty, warm greeting to everyone who arrives.
Terrible place to have a dinner, they where slow and the room they stuck us in was very cold you could see your own breathe and the food was very over priced
Nice old school diner. Reasonable prices. Great steak fries.
