Terrible Service!!!! I will never go back after my experience going to Tapatio. The service was horrible we sat there waiting for our food for one hour and started noticing that other people who came after us were getting there food before us. We called the waiter and asked him what happened to our food and apparently he had forgotten about our order. We asked to speak to the manager and we were treated so poorly by him. He was very rude and yelled to us what did we want him to do about it. I had never gotten disrespected at any other restaurant that I’ve gone to in my life. This restaurant is the worst!
Beware, unfriendly manager!. This isn’t my first time coming to this restaurant but it’s definitely going to be my last after tonight. We came here for my niece’s 21st birthday dinner party and our waitress was very nice but I can say the same for management. Jorge Salazar, a real scum bag who provide the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life and because of him I am writing my first review I’ve ever written in my life. Management sucks, it takes 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you, I had to flag down a waitress. The bottom line is when you receive poor customer service that’s from management at that, the food isn’t even worth it. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there. This place will never get my services ever again.
