Didn’t like it all. Pork and turkey sandwich was sliced deli meat and their sauce was horrible. Too much cinnamon in the sauce. Won’t go back.
Aweful Aweful food, ignorant packaging. Picked up our food. When we got home and opened the boxes the Cole slaw was part of the beans and meat. Bread was so soggy from the bbq sauce, Cole slaw juice and beans it fell in pieces while trying to pick it up. The fries were good. But what I went there for was horrible. The burnt ends were about 2x2in squares and were extremely dry and unpleasant. The pork was dry, had no smokyness at all and no seasonings. The chicken was actually tart to the taste (was a first) very dry and aweful to swallow. It was the first 50 dollar meal that I ever bought that went to the garbage, the only thing eaten was the fries that wasn’t soggy or soaked in the Cole slaw bean juice. I have no idea what the slaw or beans tasted like didn’t even attempt to try it. I will say I didn’t mind the taste of the sauce. Just not on their meats. I’ve had a lot of bbq and do a lot of bbqing and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. If I knew that I could post pictures on this review I would of taken a picture.
Very bad customer service if you do not care about your customers then you will eventually not have any regardless of what you think. Cheaper meat higher prices full of fat after many years of business here we are through wy bbq when you will not replace the most disgusting sandwhich I have ever had and say it is the sandwhich makers fault and your stuck with it too bad
Beef is full of gristle sauce is good but beef is bad. Service is poor
You will like them if you are cheap. Not bad if you are broke. Not my type of Q, but if kck likes it that’s okay. I will not partake.
We just met their for a company lunch h. Good fries but nothing special at all. The turkey is just what u buy at the hyvee deli…as others have described….its bland and dry.I dont know how any one likes this place or how one could call this BBQ.
5/18/13 me & my girlfriend riding down state ave & juss stop to grab a beef sandwich & fries however it was getting close to closing time when we entered we were look @ like we were crazy being the only blacks. As we were leaving a older white lady came in with a pistol a laid it on the counter wtf is up these days
