This place is a delicious godsend. I highly recommend coming here for incredible food (especially their hot pot) and outstanding service. everyone was beyond helpful and kind. 🙂
Wide variability in quality. We’ve eaten at this restaurant twice and the only consistency has been in the INconsistency of the products produced. For example, the smoked salmon crab rangoons are absolutely amazing, and the special ginger pot-stickers were likewise very good. But heaven forbid you order off the regular menu! Regular pork pot-stickers were delivered dangerously undercooked. Entrees were lackluster and, though inexpensive, are hardly worth the cost. Until the cooking staff can produce a more consistent (and hopefully better) product, avoid this restaurant.
TERRIBLE!!!. I went in around 7pm and there was absolutely no food left for my boyfriend and I to eat. There was barely any hot and sour soup left and most of the food bins had nothing in them. I understand it is 7 at night, but don’t you think you should at least cook a little bit more so people will want to stay? Even the little amount of food that was there tasted terrible!! I’m pretty sure it had been out since lunch time. I understand why its called 8 Flavors because between the 30 items combined there were only 8 flavors, none of which were appetizing. I’m only leaving 1 star because it will not allow me to leave a 0. I will never go back there and will be extremely upset and saddened if anyone I know has to endure a meal there.Oh and by the way I think at least 6 customers came in and left because there was no food for them to eat!
