I’m at Alchemy pretty much every day. And I’m a barista. And I’m a snob. It’s high end coffee with a little bakery. Not a scary experience though! They’re best known (#3? In the U.S.) for they’re cold brew — those towers when you walk in. Pro Tip? Get it without water added. They’ve also go high end espresso and excellent pour over choices.
