Do NOT go to Global Caf if you have a party of 8 or more.The hostess will tell you it will be a 20 minute wait regardless of how manypeople you have in your party (I heard her tell 2 other groups about the waittime). We waited well over an hour and were never seated. It became increasingly more frustrating to see people beseated that showed up well after us. I checked with the hostess 2 times duringour wait to ensure they had not forgot about us. After confronting the hostessat the 1 hour mark, I asked to speak to manager. As walked toward the back of the restaurant to meet themanager I couldnt help but notice 3 available tables which would have easily accommodatedme and my party. I informed the manager about my situation and how this was myfirst time in her restaurant to which I received a lackluster apology. When I askedif there was anything she could for me she offered me immediate seating (thetables I notice while en route) and complementary chips and salsa. I feltinsulted. I told her, No Thanks, and walked out. I will NOT back.
