Mexquisto – wonderful authentic Mexican food!. If you like authentic Mexican food, you will love Mexquisito. My wife and I have eaten here at least ten times, and everything on the menu that we’ve tried was excellent.Both their red and green salsas are very good.We had an awesome breakfast at Mexquisito this morning. We had the Mexican Eggs and Chilaquiles. Both were very large portions, spicy, and wonderful! The owner and staff are really nice, warm people, and service is prompt, accurate and friendly. They recently opened a new Mexquisto in Eudora KS with the same menu.
