Absolutely delicious.. I love everything about minsky’s pizzas. the original crust is to die for. perfect texture and so full of flavor.i’ve only had their cheese pizza thus far but i must say it was the most delicious cheese pizza i’ve ever had.also, i love the ambiance and our waiter was incredibly polite and so helpful.this place will probably become a place that my friends and i frequent.
First Time at Minsky’s Pizza. I have always heard how good Minsky’s pizza was. I was on Mass. Street yesterday walking around looking for a new place to eat. We saw Minsky’s and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was great for what we were looking for – having a beer, some pizza and watching college football. Our waitress Bridget was very friendly and made her favorite recommendations for us. My boyfriend and I chose small pizzas for each of us – Chicken Thai and the Natural. While waiting for our pizzas the manager asked us how we were doing. We told him it was our first time to Minsky’s. He shared with us how most of Minsky’s menu items are made from scratch and fresh ingredients. He shared how he came to work for Minsky’s and become a manager. He was recently engaged on Thanksgiving. It is refreshing to have an authentic conversation with folks now a days. We were hoping to watch a particular football game and he made sure he found it for us. Our pizza came and WOW– delish!!! My boyfriend had the thin crust with his Thai pizza and I had the original with my Natural. They were both great! The crust, sauce, fresh ingredients and layers of tastes and textures made our pizzas truly gourmet. We had a great dining experience at Minsky’s!. Thank you Jon, Bridget and the Minsky’s Chef!
Yummy!. Went for the first time and loved it! They had a special on mediums, so I ended up having a lot of the Tostado Pizza to take home. It was delicious. It had lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and beef. And their pizza crust is delish. Will definitely be coming back. Nate was our friendly server.
Minsky’s Pizza Lawrence Kansas. Great atmosphere and terrific pizza. Reasonably priced with fast service and friendly staff. It’s one of my all-time favorite places to relax and enjoy pizza
Great Pizza!. We have loved Minsky’s Pizza for years, even before they moved to Lawrence. The original crust is great, the sauce is exactly the way I like it (a little sweet and spicy), and the downtown Lawrence environment is hard to beat.
Wings – WOW!. We stopped in to have a snack and had the JUMBO hot wings. Very impressive for a pizza joint. Thanks to the manager, Nate, for a nice evening out. Delighted to learn that you deliver to all of Lawrence now! The bar is well stocked and the seasonal craft beers are a nice touch.
My new favorite place!. The pizza is fantastic. But I really keep coming back for the atmosphere. Everyone is incredibly friendly.
