I wouldn’t recommend going to the Lawrence, Kansas Minsky’s if you only have a limited time for lunch. My husband, son, and I went there today on my lunch break. We arrived about 1:10 p.m. and within 5 minutes we received menus and had our drink orders taken. We received our drinks very quickly but it was another 15 minutes before the wait staff took our order which was about 1:25. We didn’t receive our food until almost 1:55. I had to be back at work by 2:05 so we had to get to go boxes as soon as our food arrived. I will NEVER eat at this Minsky’s again which is very sad because they have great food. Unfortunately their service is HORRIBLE! I gave them 1 star but they didn’t even deserve that!!!

My pizza was delicious! And the staff was so friendly. I ordered the original crust because so many people here mentioned it and it was a great choice. Just enough dough to get the crust taste but not too much that it’s overwhelming when you get to that part. Highly recommend!
