Incredibly and consistently poor service. Always use plan ahead feature and order five to six hours in advance and invariably delivery is a minimum of 15 minutes late with multiple occasions of 30+ minutes late. Knowing this I intentionally order the pizza to be baked well done because it is often cold and cheese is barely melted much less well done. It is hard to mess up pizza, but this PJ’s are experts. On two occasions where they offer a free pizza for mistakes it is like pulling teeth to get order placed as they cannot find the record of incident or delay in simply taking an order. On my most recent occasion it took over 15 minutes to redeem my free pizza and that was with an uncomfortable conversation between driver and manager laughing at my order when they thought the phone was muted. Pretty pathetic service.
