Ramen is kind of an amazing thing – how else can you regard a food that is both wholesome and addictive? My only complaint about this restaurant is their need for extended evening hours. I’d love a bowl of their ramen at about 1 am, after stumbling across from the Replay.The chicken wontons must be ordered at least once. You’ll love them or hate them but you must try them. Spam misubi was disappointing in size and flavor. Gyoza were solid but not outstanding. I love the Hokkaido ramen because pork belly and miso bone broth. Also noteworthy and very tasty is the Island Fried Rice.If you are a chili head and looking to melt your face off – I have seen it happen with the ghost ramen! Seriously, it’s like the scene with the ark at the end of Indiana Jones… but you know, if you’re into that sort of thing there’s a contest and stuff.And (drumroll please) they DELIVER!
