My hubby and I usually hit RA Sushi across the street but we decided to try this place out since we wanted something different! The place is modern and its relatively easy to navigate around the menu. Not gonna lie, the food seems insanely overpriced. The burgers were good, but super small! The fries were yummy!I don’t think we’ll come back for awhile but if you’re in the mood for a burger while you’re in Towne Center, I do recommend this place!

Cool atmosphere + decent food = burgerfi. If you are looking for the next best burger keep looking. Not saying that burgerfi isn’t good, just that it’s nothing amazing. The thing that sets them apart from the other burger joints is their seared logo on the buns. That’s fun right?
How is there only one person working the register at noon during the lunch rush? This happens all the time, service is so slow, make sure you have an hour and a half for lunch. I have been in line for 15 minutes already and there are still 3 people ahead of me to order!
Childs portion of 5 guys @ higher price. Burger tasted great. Very disappointed at the portion size for the prices. Anything you add costs considerably extra. The burger and fries are almost identical compared to 5 Guys but half the size and half again more expensive. I won’t be back.
Good Burgers, Good Ice Cream…. My experience with burgerfi was a positive one. I am not particularly a huge burger fan, but had heard about how great and different Burgerfi’s are. And they were great!! Loved being able to enjoy fresh air while there, we got to sit outside which was very enjoyable. The employees were also very kind, one woman in particular on the cash register was extremely friendly and I hope that she is there when I return!There were only a few minor issues I had.One, and perhaps since I don’t buy burgers often, this isn’t a real issue, but the price tag seemed a bit high. Especially for the ice cream as well! This being my initial thought, I realize now for the amount of ice cream you actually get the price is about right. I barely get through half! I wish that there were smaller sizes, with smaller prices.If I order ice cream there again, I’ll have to bring someone to share it with.Overall, hats off to Burgerfi for winning over a person who doesn’t even like burgers!
