Cold kids mac and cheese!?! How hard is it to heat up the mac and cheese? The kids grilled cheese was gross and plastic like and the half paninis are way too small and not very well done, being sloppily put together. Wow, first time here and last time. I will go to Panera next time for similar food actually done right.
Very disappointed in this location. Used to visit one in Downtown Chicago nearly daily but this location comes nowhere close to it in taste and quality.In four visits to this location over several months, I experience the following:1. Best seating area in the back corner is always used as a private lounge by the staff.2. The amazing oatmeal I was used to was replaced by watery instant stuff.3. Portions of breakfast sandwiches are tiny! My husband, who typically cites Panera for small portions, wished we went there instead. 4. Each visit the service was worse than the previous visit. Our last visit included a forty-five minute wait when the place was only half full. We watched all the tables around us get their food and eat while we were waiting. When we asked about our food status, a snobby teen told us it would be ready when it was ready and would not bring the manager over , nor accommodate us in any way for our inconvenience. We did not even get our coffee beverages in a timely fashion.Will not return. I miss the Chicago location I used to go to soooo much! It was my breakfast and lunch place of choice!
