LOVE the gelato and LOVE the service… the owner is always working and knows most of us by name now. Sea Salt Caramel is my favorite!

Love the gelato. love the location. love the owner. the owner is always there managing her shop so ya know what that means? its awesome, clean, excellent service, great for children, perfect gelato….. the only place we will buy gelato. wonderful location for window shopping & a date. go visit & dont let the cold stop you from the amazing holiday flavors!!! best mocha in town- steamed gelato with espresso. blows my mind every time! love being able to sample the most amazing flavors before choosing & the servers are so sweet!
Love this place! Best gelato in town! Melinda and her staff are always pleasant and personable. There are many excellent flavors to choose from for a cup, cone, frappe, espresso shake, affogato, cappuccino…the possibilities are endless! No matter the weather outside, Paciugo’s has the perfect treat hot or cold.
Delicious!. This place has a lot to offer! They have many delicious and different gelato flavors, sorbet flavors, and even soy based. It seems they are trying to please many. The service was terribly friendly, and I was not just asked if I wanted samples, but damn near forced to try different things which I appreciated. Love the different flavors like maple & bacon and Amarena cherry. It’s a chain, but I like what they’re doing! **BTW if you enter the address into google it will misguide you. It is located across from Trezo Vino & Aloft hotel in the far NW corner of Leawood shopping center.
Divine. I simply cannot get enough Paciugo Gelato. It is light, delicious, and very authentic compared to the gelato I had on a recent trip to Tuscany. Try amarena and lemon together. Simply divine!
