Horrible service and manager does not care. We live close to this establishment and tried several times to get past the slow service.howerver after the last hour wait for food with no one in the place I did one more try. This time on a takeout order. Sorry to say I hope they just close the doors. The place was empty and the order came close to on time but I had a $5 off coupon to use on internet order with no experation date I got two weeks earlier and on a $53 dollar take out order they would not honor it. I politely asked for the manager and he obviously doesn’t understand sustomer service and refused to accept it. I ended up refusing the order and walking out with a cancelled order of .$53 dollars. When he simply should have honored it and kept my business. I will not be back and have put this in my neighborhood association news letter to avoid the place. Hope a business person re opens it after it closes!!
Awful. We went not too long ago and the food was awful. We sat in the hibachi area. A couple of things were wrong. We asked for a glass of water and the server went to a man on the other side of the table and grabbed his glass and brought it to us. We explained to the manager what happened and she quickly brought a new glass. Next, our chef handled the raw chicken with the spatula and then served us the cooked rice with the same spatula. It’s not that big of a deal since the rice was still hot but it is still a form of cross- contamination. On top of that the food just didn’t taste very good. especially for the price. It sucks because I was really looking forward to a hibachi grill next to the house. I would definitely recommend Stix!

My first time coming. I’m a 15yr sushi connoisseur, I came during happy hour 4-6. The place was quiet, But to be expected given it’s only been open for a few months. The atmosphere was awesome and very unique for sushi hibachi grill. I sat at the sushi bar which I always recommend Anywhere( if that’s what you want to eat). Service was very good. I ordered strictly Nigiri. All the fish was fresh. The owner came by to ask how I was doing (Always good) Overall I would give this location, it’s service, and it’s food thus far and A. I will definitely be back…
