Visited on a Sunday evening. The food is excellent, the wait staff is attentive, friendly and entertaining. They really pay attention to each part of the experience, including small fingerfoods while preparing to order, and then small deserts and a handwash basin brought to the table. Excellent experience.
Had the lunch buffet and it was really good. I tried many different options and liked them all, very flavorful and fresh. somethings were a little spicy, if your not into spicy proceed with caution. The service was great, the owner (I believe) is quite lively and enthusiastic. Compared to other buffet prices it wasn’t too expensive. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes Indian food or it is their first time trying it. Space is kind of small and it gets busy fast, but it’s worth it.
The food here is so good! They had all my favs at the buffet! The price is pretty surprising as well. I came here with a friend and we were seated promptly. Just a note – this place is pretty small and fills up fast! Also there is no waiting area so be prepared to bump into people.The owner is HILARIOUS! He’s very hands-on and makes sure every single customer is taken care of. My friend said he is there EVERY DAY! He also goes around passing naan on everyone’s table and asks if they need anything else! He kinda reminds me of my grandpa! LOL! I usually go to Ruchi’s but I think I might have to switch over to Korma Sutra! For $12.99, you get to eat at the buffet which includes unlimited Mango Lassi ( which is UNHEARD OF) and garlic naan! Our waiter even wrapped it up for us to go! Love it! I’ll def be back!
I went here to celebrate my birthday recently. The waiter was so lively and friendly. He, along with the rest of the staff, were constantly handing out free samples of their food (which was amazing). I got a couple of different birthday treats and the way he sang happy birthday to me was hilarious. The atmosphere was fun and we felt very welcome there. They made my birthday very special and I will absolutely be returning regularly, even though we live 45 minutes away. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially for a birthday!
Great place to try indian food! I like to come when they have the buffet to try different foods because I’m still learning and trying Indian food. The owners are very friendly and make great suggestions when you need help.
I’m a sucker for Indian food and this place is amazing. The owner is always there and always in a good mood. When I’ve picked up carry-out for the office or for myself they bombard you with food while you are waiting. Last time they even gave me a free chai to go which by the way is the best I’ve had in Kansas City.
The food here is amazing. It’s not a huge place but it’s well maintained. And i must acknowledge the hospitality, the owner of the place takes special care of you. He is funny and very energetic and it was this energy of his that liven up the whole place.I had buffet lunch, which gives you so many good options to try that at the end of your meal you’ll feel like a turkey on thanksgiving, Stuffed!!!
