Bad service. Me and my son went to this establishment on a Thursday afternoon. The service was terrible! Waited 10 minutes to get waited on. Took another 10 minutes after we were done with our drinks for waitress to come back to see if we needed anything. Ordered refills. Must have forgotten us because it took 15 or 20 minutes to get refills and that was because I had to ask another waitress for our refills!!! They were all busy talking to what appeared to be the regulars. We had 3 different waitresses. We finally got our meal and it was wrong!! I was ordering soda thinking they were free refills but when I got my 4th refill ( I got 4 because its all ice) they tell me then that the refills aren’t free!!!! Only good thing was we were able to play pool while waiting!
