Gluten-free choices. This Wendy’s offers a few more menu choices for individuals with celiac syndrome than most burger joints. Each burger is freshly cooked and not placed on a bun until ordered; therefore, a person susceptible to gluten issues can get a burger without a bun and without bread contamination. The same is true for salads, which can be served without ever seeing a croton or gluten-touched dressings. Baked potatoes are also free of gluten contamination. Counter service can be a little erratic but is generally good.
