Every barbecue lovers delight: small, off the beaten track place with ribs that almost fall off the bone; tender, moist chicken with great smoke flavor, and a choice of sauces. Their weekend brunch gets rave reviews from my neighbors, though Ive not (yet) tried it.
Great ribs! The burnt ends are terrific as well. I’ve tried a lot of BBQ in Kansas City and this is far and away the best. Good smoke flavor without being over powering. Perfectly tender, ribs pull off the bone easily/cleanly. Strong game with the sides also.
