This is not the same Town Topic!. Having fond memories of this place from years back, a friend and I went there several weeks ago. Nothing was seasoned. It was bland as a bag of cotton balls. This place has definitely changed owners from the sweet, American-owned diner I remember from 10 years back. I’m positive the hamburger and fries I had were frozen. Horrible. Please never eat here if you like anything with flavor.
Largest of the Town Topics. This is the largest of the three Town Topics. You can actually sit at a table in this one. It has the same menu as the others and the same quality of food.
Great food, bad smell. I tought my burger and fries were delicious. The rich taste of the burger with cheese and ketchup was that of only the best in town. The only downfall is the smell… It is rather upsetting to my stomach, years of cigarett smoke and grease build up make you smell like a smoker who has been dipped in a frying machine. The food is great if the smell doesn’t get to you, it is one of the only instances where smell can’t give full appreciation of the wonderful taste the food has.
