Our family of eight went last night (March 2019), and the woman getting our drink orders was doing great. Then a female manager came to the register and started yelling at us to get our numbers to pay. But the woman doing our drinks was still talking to us, and the manager was rudely interrupting. Besides the interruption, I am Deaf with cochlear implants and literally can only hear one sound at a time. So I calmly asked her to wait because we were still ordering drinks. She yelled at us again, frightening our six young children. I told her we were not ready, and turned back to finish ordering our drinks. She got mad and slammed things down, further scaring our kids. When we finished ordering our drinks and moved to the register to pay, she was super passive aggressive and ignored us for ten minutes even though she knew we were there. Finally she turned and shouted, oh are you ready now? I didnt want to help you if you were not ready. Then she got mad at the way I gave the childrens ages. It was a terrible experience!

Decent selection on the buffet. But u need to go early else the bar gets dry! Dinner buffets r usually better even though they cost u a few extra dollars. Awesome dessert selection. Rest of the food is ok. Average customer service.
