LOVE GETTING HUNG UP ON AFTER BEING PLACED ON HOLD. Several times I have called this establishment only to get placed on hold then hung up on 3-5 minutes later. This is very distasteful, I wanted to give this place another shot. I have previously ordered a hamburger only to get home and realize that it was basically raw and unfit for human consumption. I highly recommend they invest into better talent that is able to help them reap the benefits of the wonderful location they are in. This is an unfortunate detriment to the Johnny’s franchise, as well as mankind.
