Consistently Good Sandwiches. I am a long time Planet Sub fan, and this trip simply reinforced that opinion. They have a wonderful variety of sandwiches served on homemade bread. The ingredients are always fresh, and the service is good.
Fantastic Sub shop. Planet Sub is the #1 best sub shop. It has a variety of choices but my favorite is the planet veggie, pastrami melt, and the wraps are good too. Their soups are top notch. My favorite is the Baja Chicken soup and I was so surprise how good their chili is also. Their iced tea is great too. I eat here regularly 2 plus times a week for lunch. I enjoy
Very good subs. So far this is one of my favorite sub shops in KC. Much better than Firehouse or Jimmy John’s. I recommend the BBQ Brisket sub.
Good Sandwiches Here. I really like Planet Sub. The sandwiches are fresh and the staff is always friendly. With other sub sandwiches I sometimes have a hard time distinguishing the flavors, but that’s not a problem here. I especially think they’re better than Jimmy John’s. I know a lot of folks like JJs, but I think Planet Sub is so much better. Try to remember that it’s also located near the AMC in Olathe – easy to get to before a movie!
Best for subs. Much better than the chains. Slightly different ingredients served slightly different.
Best Bread. Any sandwich here is great although I really like the Green Turkey. The toasted bread really makes any sandwich delicious!
