The menu along with the name has changed. It’s now Uncle Buck’s and the menu has less seafood. They have a great grouper sandwich, gator & calamari. So I continue to come back.
Surprise!. I was very surprised to find a seafood restaurant inside Bass Pro Shop – Olathe. Even more surprising was the quality of the food. It’s definitely chain-restaurant style fare, but it is at least as good as Red Lobster and you don’t have to put up with the interminable wait and raucus atmosphere. I’ve been to Islamorado for business lunches and date night and been pleased on all visits. Highly recommended.
