On a recent visit I came on a Sunday to take advantage of the weekend dim sum menu. I have had dim sum many times before, but it was always off a menu and thenmade to order for you. Here, it is brought to your table on a traditional steam cart for you to chose from. On my visit they had 3 different carts, each with a variety of offerings on them. I started out with the roasted duck which was flavorful to the point of almost being overwhelming. The accompanying dipping sauce was so good that I would have eaten anything dipped in it. Then I had an order of pan fried chive and shrimp dumplings. They were very good and also very large. At most places you can just pop one in your mouth, these take 2 or 3 bites. Next I had an order of siu mai (shrimp and pork dumplings). These were the highlight of my meal. I have had them at many other restaurants, but these were by far the best ones that I have ever had. I finished my meal with a baked custard cream bun. It was the perfect finish to my meal. My wife ordered off the regular menu and had the pineapple chicken fried rice. It was a massive amount of food. It is served in a halved pineapple that is hallowed out. It was absolutely delicious. Even with my wife and me eating it, the leftovers of just her order filled 2 large takeout boxes. This place is more expensive then most other Chinese places, but the quality, service and atmosphere are well worth it.

I think it is a little expensive for the quality of food. The triple meat delight wasn’t very good. Also the egg rolls here are pretty awful IMO. But I do highly reccommend the sesame chicken it’s very good. The lo mein is very good also.

Bo Lings. Its been over a month since I got carry-out form this place. I ordered several small things to spread out my risk but that was to no avail. I had egg drop soup, pan-fried dumplings and vietnamese spring rolls, as I was feeling a little under the weather from raging too hard the night before. The egg drop was simply unedible, and the fried dumplings were not like anything I have had at other establishments. The filling sort of reminded me of greasy taco meat. I ate one spring roll but the shrimp smelled fishy and that was not acceptable. Probably would have helped if they had given a peanut sauce to go with it.

Overpriced. We really felt like we were getting ripped off considering the food was no better than the chinese place down the street and 3x the price.

Very good Chinese food! And the 1st place in KS I’ve found that serves Bubble Tea, although I only had wine!
