The food is higher quality than most buffets. Joy Wok offers sushi, Mongolian BBQ, and traditional Chinese. The hot and sour soup was perfect. Many sushi options. This place was packed. I went on New years Day. Service was attentive. They also offer a huge salad bar. The price was higher than most but definitely worth the extra couple of bucks to go here.

The service is bad. Two of the three times I went to this buffet the server who was taking payment stood over my shoulder as I wrote her tip down on the receipt. She just stood there insisting it was the rules to ensure signatures matched the card. Both times the waitress was rude to me verbally after seeing her tip. The tip was close to 20 %. Much more than was deserved. I will never go to this blackmail tip restaurant again.

Better food than I expected. There are several healthy options besides the fried foods. Great value. I went for lunch and it was crowded but waits staff did a admirable job.

My new favorite place. Took my wife here on friday for mothers day and our tab was under $40. it was a weekend day and they had prime rib, crab legs, frog legs, shrimp, duck, salmon, and all kinds of sushies. they have all your normal asian eats like orange chicken and beef and brocolli, along with crab rangoons and egg rolls. there is a large fruit and salad bar area also. i finished off my dinner with a sift serve ice cream cone.

I visited Joy Wok with a friend today around 3pm and was very pleased with the experience. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. My favorite item was the black pepper chicken. The hibachi chicken was fresh and delicious, as well as the house special beef. Great environment. The water fountains added a very calm vibe. They had a large variety of sushi, which were all delicious. The service wasn’t fantastic, but they were very busy. I give it a solid 9/10.

An Upscale Buffet at a Reasonable Price. I ordered the Mon-Sat lunch buffet ($8.99) and a drink ($1.85) at my table. The buffet was well-stocked with fruits, salad fixings, sushi, soups, standard Chinese entrees, and premium entrees including baked crab, carve-your-own roast beef, BBQ ribs, and salmon. There was also a hibachi grill. I found everything to be very good. I did not find the plates to be small, and I did not feel rushed. The plate removal and beverage services were friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and upscale, with pleasant music playing.

Good food but embarrass customer. They are using small plate and you cannot put much on it every time. After you walk through the buffet line the third time. They place the check to your table even though you are not asking for it and start collecting the silverware. You should pile up you plate 10 feet high and eat fast to avoid that embarrassment.
