stopped at this location for a quick bite. set up is kind of odd and short staffed. ordered the philly cheese steak on wheat. wheat bread was stale and the steak wasn’t fresh. bread wasn’t even toasted. the other sandwich with A1 was ok. my son liked the chocolate chip cookie.
My favorite of all the sub shops. Plenty of meat, bread is always fresh with several options or you can get a wrap. But, my favorite is their Philly cheesesteak. Probably the best cheesesteak in any sun shop you will ever get. My husband absolutely loves their huge hot dogs too. And, their chicken salad is always a winner made with light mayonnaise. Just a great place to eat.
This is a great lunch stop. The sub meats, toppings, and breads are always fresh and tasty. I like the turkey (good), and chicken (better) subs on wheat or multi-grain bread. The meats are premium quality, and sliced to order. I also like the sour cream and cheddar chips. Hot pepper relish is available if you want to spice things up a bit. The employees are friendly, and helpful. The interior is fairly new, and always clean, with pleasant music. Free chips and drink are often available through Facebook (Wednesdays), the e-club, the mail, or customer survey.
Good but they are all alike!. There are too many subway restaurants in the Kansas City Metro area. Lenny’s, Subway, Jimmy Johns,Mr. Good Cents, Firehouse subs and the list goes on and on. It’s good when you’re hungry but other than that, anyone can make a good subway sandwich if they take the time to get some fresh deli meat, lettuce, tomato and whole wheat bread. After a while this gets old. Lenny’s my be the best of the ones I’ve mentioned but like I said after eating there a few times, it gets old quick.
Like Sex and a Cigarette!. I was browsing the Spoon when I saw a local sub shop with hot pepper relish. I went. The classic italian with hot pepper relish. Mind blowing flavor.Service: excellent, although the girl that is always there gives many of the men a dodgy eye… other than that, helpful and nice.Food: Amazing, you can’t find a better sub in the mid-westAtmosphere, good, the seats could use some repairs, and they might want to stop playing fox news, but 9/10.Over all: 9.75 of 10- this place is killer!
Just a darn good sandwich. I had the Chicken Philly and the lady had a Turkey sub, No complaints. definitely surpasses the common sandwich chains. and the chips are good too!
First time visit today. Loved it. Very fresh, large sandwiches at a fair price. Delicious meatball and Philly. Would go back over and over if it were closer.
