    The food and service at Master Wok is excellent! New management a few months back — so glad my husband and I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The lunch specials are so reasonably priced and the service exceptional. No better Chinese restaurant in the area!

    Pleasant surprise. MW has the freshest tasting Chinese food in the area. The servers are sincerely friendly. The amount of food you get for your money is wonderful and the restaurant is always clean looking inside and out. Fast service and beautiful decor.

    Really good! Ordered the chicken lo mein combo. Any combo comes with your entree, choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup, 3 appetizers (crab rangoon, spring roll, shrimp roll) and dessert. It was a ton of food for $16, loved it. She even sent me home with a coupon for free crab Rangoon because she could tell I liked it so much. Score!

    Lunch special’s good. Had lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed our meals. Triple Delight fresh with crispy vegetables. Hot & Sour soup good, egg roll-okay, tea fragrant and yummy warm on this cold day. Service good and nice atmosphere. Best Chinese in the area, we will definitely be back. Only negative is there was no brown rice option.

    Not Springfiled Style Cashew Chicken. I recently had lunch and your restaurant. I specifically ate at your restaurant because I saw that you had Springfield Style Cashew Chicken on the menu. What I got was not bad, but it was not Springfield Style Cashew Chicken. I must tell you that I grew up in Springfield, went to school with David Leongs sons and my family frequented his restaurant. I have included the original recipe below, the history of Leongs and a separate recipe. If you are going to serve Springfield Style Cashew Chicken you should use the original recipe. That dish that you currently serve should not be called Springfield Style Cashew Chicken. I hope you will either change your recipe or remove the selection from the menu.Michael McMenus1 Can Smoked OystersSherryWaterChicken bouillon cubeSoy sauceChickenEggsCornstarchCashew NutsGreen OnionsSalt and Pepper Oyster sauce: mince one can smoked oysters, place in sauce pan. Add 34 cup sherry, 1 cup water, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, salt, pepper and dash of sugar. Simmer the above for 20 minutes.Cut 4 chicken breasts into pieces. Marinate chicken in 12 cup of oyster sauce for 30 minutes, mixing from time to time. Dip Chicken pieces in 2 beaten eggs and coat with cornstarch. Place on waxed paper until all are coated.In large frying pan, heat oil and fry all pieces until done. Place on large serving plate, large bowl or casserole pan.Bring remaining oyster sauce to a slight boil. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to mixture for thickness.Garnish chicken with cashews, and several diced green onions including tops. Cover with oyster sauce and enjoy!
