My husband and I went to this location for the first time and the service was horrible. The only good part was that we got seated right away during dinner time. Our waitress seemed nice enough but we never saw her it took forever for the salad and breadsticks to come out she never came to check up on us the whole time or refilled our drinks it took us 45 min just to get someone’s attention to ask for our check and she never even apologized to us for having to wait and it wasn’t even that busy.
We went to Olive Garden tonight and service was extremely slow the waiter whose name starts with G, forgot our bread, the butter, to refill our drinks,to bring the dressing for the salad, our breadbasket refill. It was one wsit after another, we had to ask the bartender for assistance. We were a party of five, we will never go back.
Don’t waste your time. You’re better off going to one of the local authentic places. $50 for 2 people is too much for the food they serve.
Always good. I’ve been to loads of Olive Gardens and I must say that as a whole they serve really good food and have really great service (just like this one in Olathe). My husband loves their fettuccine and I enjoy trying new pasta specials and eating up their delicious salad/breadsticks. And the nice chocolate mint at the end of the meal just tops it off. Always enjoy a trip to Olive Garden.
We all know what the Olive Garden is. We’ve all had fettuccine, ravioli, and lasagna… the typical Italian staples. I fell in love at first bite tonight w/the new Pear and Gorgonzola Ravioli with Shrimp 🙂 I love marscopone cheese and was delighted to see it in this dish. It truly sets itself apart from the old typical dish we’re all used to seeing at OG. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to try this. My waiter said it was his favorite too. Way to go OG! Now… work on getting those bread sticks soft…
Why do people wait?. Every time I drive past this OG the parking lot is packed and I have to wonder who these people are waiting in 1 hour lines to eat here at all hours of the day. The food is all frozen and reheated, not impressive. OG will probably always be popular with fans of chain restaurants but we choose not to eat here, it is absolutely not worth the wait.
The soup and salad combo for lunch is great!. It’s ok as far as chain, mass-market Italian fare goes.
